Negroni

My Favorite Negroni

1 oz            Plymouth Gin

1 oz            Sweet Vermouth 

1 oz            Aperitivo Cappelletti (classic red bitters)

2 dashes     Angostura Bitters

1 dash        Orange Bitters

Add all the ingredients to a cocktail glass and fill with ice - Stir.

Garnish with an orange twist if desired.

My Favorite II Negroni

2 oz            Plymouth Gin

1 oz            Sweet Vermouth 

3/4 oz        Aperitivo Cappelletti (classic red bitters)

1/2 oz        Campari

3 dashes     Angostura Bitters

3 dashes     Orange Bitters

Add all the ingredients to a cocktail glass and fill with ice - Stir.

Garnish with an orange twist if desired.

Traditional Negroni

1 oz            Gin

1 oz            Sweet Vermouth 

1 oz            Campari

Add all the ingredients to a cocktail glass and fill with ice - Stir.

Garnish with an orange twist.

Boulevardier

If you don't want to use Gin make one of these.

1 1/2 oz      Rye or Bourbon

1 oz             Campari

1 oz             Sweet vermouth

Add all the ingredients to a cocktail glass and fill with ice - Stir.

Garnish with an orange twist. I like to add a couple of shots of orange and regular bitters.
